An OUI tip

If you are pulled over by the police and you think you may be over the legal alcohol limit, consider refusing the breathalyser test. Refusing the test automatically suspends your driver's license for 6 months (but much longer if you have a prior OUI!), but giving the police strong evidence of an OUI offense could put you in the position of needing a criminal defense attorney.
